Raise a concern
If a memorial voice profile of a loved one was created without your knowledge or against your wishes, you can submit an objection here. We listen.
What we’ll do. When we receive a credible-seeming objection we pause the voice profile within 24 hours. The original creator and you will both hear from us. Resolution within 14 days.
What we won’t do. We don’t take sides between family members. The pause stays in place until both parties agree on a path forward, or until either party requests permanent deletion.
For misuse instead of family disagreement. If a voice clone is being used to impersonate, defraud, or harass, please write to report@heirloomvocals.com instead.
